- Include the email address you used to sign in (Google or Apple)
- We'll confirm the deletion within 48 hours
What We Store
Silaro stores very little about you. If you signed in, we keep:
- Your perfume collection and wishlists
- Custom perfumes you created
- Your app settings and preferences
- Your subscription status
We do NOT store your name, email, or profile photo on our servers. That information stays only on your device.
What Happens When You Delete
Deleted immediately:
- Your account and sign-in information
- All your synced data (collection, lists, settings, custom perfumes)
Deleted within 30 days:
- Subscription records (managed by Apple/Google)
- Anonymous error reports
Data on your phone:
- Uninstalling the app removes everything stored locally on your device
Alternative: Local Data Only
If you only used Silaro locally (without signing in with Google or Apple), simply uninstalling the app will remove all your data. No additional steps needed.
